Project form: your name, email and message, plus your company, topic, timeline and phone number if you give them. Used to answer your request.

Workshop registration: your name and email, plus your company or school if you give it. Used to manage your registration.

“Notify me” lists (next workshop, ARC-R campaign): your email and language, and for ARC-R the channel the link came from when the link says so. Used only to tell you what you asked to hear about.

To limit abuse of the forms, we keep a hash of your IP address that changes every day, not the address itself. Our host may also process technical logs needed to run and secure the site.

Your language choice is saved in your browser. The site has no advertising or audience-tracking cookies.

Hosting and form storage: Cloudflare, which may process data outside Switzerland.

Email: your messages and our replies pass through our email provider.

Some pages load embedded content from YouTube, TikTok or OpenStreetMap. Those services receive your IP address when the content loads, under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your data.

As long as needed for the purpose above, and for any period the law requires, for example for accounting. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
